At Sattvam, we are committed to your wellbeing and satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with the nature of our wellness services. Please read carefully before making a booking or purchase.
1. General Refund Terms
Due to the personalized and limited-slot nature of our wellness sessions, all payments made for classes, programs, and memberships are non-refundable, unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
A. Cancellation by Sattvam

If a class, workshop, or session is cancelled by us, and no suitable alternative is offered, you will be eligible for a full refund of the cancelled service.
B. Technical Errors in Payment

If you are charged multiple times for the same service or face a failed transaction with a deduction, we will process a full refund upon verification with the payment gateway.
C. Serious Medical Conditions

In case of long-term illness, injury, or emergency (with documented proof), we may consider a partial refund or pause of the membership, depending on the situation.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@sattvam.fit within 7 days of the event or transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for:

Missed or unattended classes

Last-minute cancellations made less than 12 hours before session time

Trial sessions, one-time drop-ins, or discounted packages

Ayurvedic consultations and therapy sessions once completed
4. Membership & Package Validity

Memberships and multi-session packages come with fixed validity periods.

Unused sessions will not be carried forward or refunded after the expiry date.

In special cases (e.g. travel, medical leave), validity may be extended on request and approval.
5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be made via the original payment method

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors
